Prepare for your park day
Check current opening hours, entry requirements, road conditions and vehicle rules with the park manager shortly before visiting. Ask your rental company whether your vehicle is suitable and permitted for your chosen route. Leave early and bring plenty of drinking water and food.
Give the day some space
Avoid fitting a park visit into an already crowded schedule. Choose a realistic route, allow time for stops and keep the return journey in mind. Stay on permitted trails and give wildlife space; sightings can never be guaranteed.
