How many guests can stay?
The villa has three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The office has a single sofa bed. Adding the optional two-person apartment brings the total to nine guests. Please tell us about your group when you enquire.
Is the pool entirely private?
Yes. The pool, garden and porch are for your group alone. The apartment is never let separately, only together with the villa, so no other guests ever stay on the property.
Does the villa have an oceanfront beach?
There is a sandy beach area in the private garden. The villa sits higher up in Sabadeco, with open sea views; it is not an oceanfront property. The nearest beach is just 1 km away.
Do all bedrooms have air conditioning?
Yes, every bedroom and the office have air conditioning. The breezy setting and covered verandas are well suited to outdoor living.
How do I make a reservation?
Select your preferred dates and prepare an email enquiry. We personally confirm availability, price and booking terms. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. We share the phone number afterwards by email.
What are the December and January rates?
Each night in December and January carries a €50 surcharge for the villa. The apartment rate stays the same. For stays crossing the seasonal boundary, only December and January nights count; the departure day is excluded.
Will we need a rental car?
A car is a practical way to explore the island and pick up groceries. Our location information puts Kralendijk about a 10–15 minute drive away. Ask about transport options when enquiring.
